Breakfast this morning was the Whole Food Protein Shake again along with a boiled egg. That is my favorite shake but the Almond Strawberry one is pretty good as well. I plan to keep drinking these shakes for most breakfast meals. Hubby tried today's shake and said it's like drinking a granola bar :)
Lunch today was a Chopped Vegetable Salad with Salmon. This was really good. It was a Mediterranean type salad and we used the olives. The recipe link is a similar recipe to what I followed from the book. There are some differences but the main difference is we had salad greens in the salad. I was surprised I enjoyed this because, as I've said before, I am not a big fan of salmon. I am also not a fan of olives; but together it all worked nicely.
No snacks today. They weren't needed :)
