Breakfast this morning was granola and milk; no morning coffee today.
My first snack today was a Larabar because appointments/errands ran over and I was out past lunchtime; and my lunch was home waiting patiently in the refrigerator :)
Lunch today was leftover Broccoli, Pasta & Sun Dried Tomatoes from last night's dinner. Very good, maybe even better on day 2 because the flavors had a chance to meld.
Second snack today was a couple of dried figs and some chocolate.
We both just had the stew and were pleasantly surprised. It was really good. I'm sure most people would not know it was moose rather than beef. I am glad I cooked it longer though because when I tried the meat after an hour it was really tough, but after 2 hours it was tender and tasty.
