Breakfast this morning was granola (yes, granola again), banana, milk, and my morning coffee (decaf).
Lunch today was leftover pasta and meatballs from last night. Really excellent recipe and a really big lunch.
No real snack today other than nibbling a few pieces of homemade dark chocolate with coconut throughout the day :)
Dinner tonight was the Tex Mex Quinoa recipe from the freezer, that we had earlier this week. I am really enjoying that one. Again, I put a little extra cheese on top. Since dinner was earlier tonight than usual and I'm home now from my movie, I think I'll grab a snack, just not sure what; perhaps some popcorn :) I was thinking granola because it's quick and easy and I love i
