Breakfast this morning was my usual granola with blueberries (change it up a little) and milk. No coffee today.
Lunch today was simply a couple of boiled eggs with butter and salt, along with a glass of milk.
Snack was a slice of banana bread. Yes, I am eating it although I did complain about the recipe but it's not too bad, at least not bad enough to throw out. I also had a kiwi. Trying to eat a little more fruit daily.
