Lunch today was a tossed salad with orange vinaigrette (same as last night) along with lasagna from the freezer.
Snack today was the last slice of banana bread, a couple of kiwis and some pistachios.
It's Monday again; can't believe how fast the weekends go. Another good day. Breakfast this morning was a slice of whole wheat toast with almond butter and strawberry jam, along with my morning coffee. Lunch today was a tossed salad with orange vinaigrette (same as last night) along with lasagna from the freezer. Snack today was the last slice of banana bread, a couple of kiwis and some pistachios. Dinner tonight was cooked by Hubby. He wanted lamb tonight and it is not one of my favorite things to eat and I've never cooked it. We had grilled lamb chops (marinated in olive oil, rosemary, salt & pepper) and roasted veggies (potato, bell peppers, onion, mushrooms, olive oil, spices). I will admit though that the lamb chops tonight were pretty good. I actually ate 2 of them and plan to have them for lunch tomorrow :)
