Breakfast today was granola, banana, and milk; along with my morning coffee (decaf) with maple syrup and cream.
Lunch today was a bowl of Chili along with homemade whole wheat bread and butter. I planned today's lunch and made the Chili before-hand. Today was the funeral and we had a family get-together afterwards so I planned what to make and bring along so we had food options if needed.
Dinner tonight was unplanned. I had a slice of whole wheat toast with butter and strawberry jam and a glass of milk. Hubby is eating the last of the Chili.
