Breakfast: Leftover Roasted Veggies from Sunday.
Lunch: Leftover Salad with Almond Chicken from yesterday.
Supper: Tried a new recipe tonight for cod: Baked Cod with Olives and Limes. It sounds great but I will admit I am not a huge fish lover and especially don't prefer it baked, but I figured I'd give it a try as fish is so good for you and Hubby loves it. It was ok, not great in my opinion, and not a keeper for me. Hubby is sad as he liked it and was hoping I'd add a new recipe to the repertoire.
