Tonight's dinner was great and not like a diet meal at all; in my opinion. Even though I have eliminated a lot of food groups for now, it isn't forever, you can still have great meals. Tonight we grilled beef tenderloin with just garlic olive oil and sea salt. I pan-fried scallops in butter olive oil and sea salt, and we had steamed carrots (which I poured lemon olive oil over once cooked). Delicious.
