Tonight's dinner was great and not like a diet meal at all; in my opinion. Even though I have eliminated a lot of food groups for now, it isn't forever, you can still have great meals. Tonight we grilled beef tenderloin with just garlic olive oil and sea salt. I pan-fried scallops in butter olive oil and sea salt, and we had steamed carrots (which I poured lemon olive oil over once cooked). Delicious.

Usually my dinner menu is a mixed fruit salad with custard. Let's say the fruit is papaya, watermelon, melon, strawberry mixed with custard taste lychees.

Sounds good but don't think I could only have fruit and custard for dinner, more of a dessert for me. Thanks for the comment :)
