All meals were on track today. Had a really good dinner; roasted turkey breast with veggies. I did lots of veggies and roasted everything in flavored olive oils. Veggies tonight were a mix of carrots and onions, cauliflower and brussel sprouts, and beets. It was all delicious :)
I've had a difficult day today staying on track with healthy eating. I've had a bad headache pretty much all day, even with pain killers. Happens every time I start eating healthy, should be gone by tomorrow. I was craving junk-food today and actually planned to buy something bad to eat while at the grocery store. Glad to say I didn't give in and feeling much better now, but it was really hard for awhile. I know it gets easier with time, and it's only been 3 days so far, so still need to get into a routine.
