For the granola I used walnuts instead of cashews, doubled the amount of pumpkin seeds because I'm not fond of sunflower seeds, and omitted the ginger. It is in the oven now, it has to bake for 75 minutes. It does smell fantastic though.
For the berry sauce I made blueberry. It is finished and cooling in a jar. A warning regarding the sauce: even though I had it in a high-sided pot, when I used the immersion blender I got a face-full of hot blueberry sauce. I think I will blend it next time in a blender.
