Another great day and I'm so happy I stuck to all real food options for the whole week. I have decided to perhaps have a little something on the weekend but try to stay 100% real food Monday to Friday :) So far so good :)
Breakfast this morning was an Egg Muffin and a Cinnamon Maple Muffin with my morning decaf coffee with milk.
Dinner tonight was a new pork recipe: Roasted Pork Sirloin, but I made the recipe using a pork tenderloin instead. It was pretty good. The pork was nice but the sauce wasn't the greatest. I'm not a huge fan of cinnamon with apples and pork, but figured I'd give it a try. I found it too much like having dessert with my meal. I'm sure most people would enjoy it, it's just not my thing. I also had salad with mixed greens, orange, peppers, tomatoes, roasted almonds, avocado, and orange flavored olive oil & pomegranate vinegar. Very nice salad. I admit I am not much of a salad person but I am eating many more this week due to the great oils and vinegars I found at O'Leva.
