I am back on Digestive Health with Real Food. Back to eating meats, fish, eggs, 4 vegetables and healthy oils. It will take some time to get back on track but already starting to feel a little better.
Last night's dinner was roasted chicken breast and veggies. Tonight's dinner was roasted pork loins and veggies. Everything was roasted in olive oil and then topped with more olive oil after cooking :) Delicious.
