Went grocery shopping to get stocked up. I will be trying lots of new recipes :) Here's what the first 5 days look like (minus the fish, meat and frozen berries that are already in the freezer). There's a lot of green :)
I am getting back on track and also trying to alleviate some health issues. Starting tomorrow I am back on real food and will also start the 10 Day Detox Diet. This diet is supposed to help with a multitude of health issues and also help you lose weight. I am planning to give it a try and see how it works. I like this diet because it promotes real foods and eating; not starving yourself; I don't like this diet because it promotes taking supplements and fiber and is very restrictive. I will not be taking any pills or the fiber supplement. I will be following everything else (or plan to). I will follow the food plan, the exercise plan, and the stress relievers and other things. I am curious to see if feel much better health-wise after eliminating grains, dairy, sugar, caffeine and alcohol. Gulp!
