Breakfast was some fried eggs and a Toffee Crunch Tea (Steeped Tea) with maple syrup and milk.
Lunch was leftover Eggplant Parmesan from the freezer. This meal wasn't the greatest because it doesn't hold up well as leftovers.
Snack was another tea with just maple syrup because ran out of milk. I also had a couple pieces of homemade chocolate.
Dinner tonight was an old recipe we haven't made in ages. I made Chicken Chow Mein but without the rice since I am trying to limit my grains. It was really good and Hubby said it was nice to eat a home-cooked meal with vegetables and not have anything deep-fried either :) We have been eating out a lot lately.
