Breakfast this morning was granola, banana and milk.
Lunch was the leftovers from last night's dinner and it was still excellent. The pasta with sausage and tomato sauce; very yummy.
No snacks today except for a cup of tea with maple syrup and milk.
Dinner tonight was a new recipe but the recipe has some flaws. I made Potato Cod Fish Bake. It was ok but the baking times were way off for me. The potatoes and veggies were still really hard after 30 minutes. I ended up cooking it for another 20 minutes (10 covered and 10 uncovered) and then the fish was way overdone. Oh well, it was still good enough to eat :) I also didn't use the lemon juice and I used savory instead of chives.
