Another great recipe! Made Paella Primavera tonight for dinner and it was really good. I made a few tweaks of course, and it could probably use a little more seasoning as I didn't have the saffron, but myself and Hubby really enjoyed it. I really loved the addition of olives in this dish; I used all black olives due to personal preference.
