I am talking a couple of weeks off so likely no posts for a little while. When I start up again I may have to continue with the idea of grain-free and see where it takes me :)
There may be something to this idea of grain-free. I went completely grain-free for almost 2 weeks and I noticed a great improvement. I wasn't as tired, my joints ached less, I started losing weight again and I overall felt happier and healthier. Went to Brew-Tine and had grains again, and continued to for a couple of more days and then started to feel pretty crappy again.
