Lunch today was leftover Creole Jambalaya from the other night.
Snack was Halloween treats :( Ooops.
Dinner tonight was cooked by Hubby and was pretty much all local :) We had grass-fed local beef from Real Food Market. We had potatoes and Brussels Sprouts from a local farmer (Keith's) in Kelligrews. The meat was grilled and simply seasoned with salt and pepper. The potatoes were done with butter, roasted garlic and then drizzled with Mushroom Sage Olive Oil from O'Leva. The sprouts were steamed and tossed with butter, salt and pepper. It was a great meal :)
