All meals and snacks were from the 7 day meal plan for BFF. Breakfast was another bowl of the Banan'oatmeal. I am really enjoying it and it keeps me full for awhile. It's also great for a quick breakfast. Lunch was my leftover chicken with mashed potato and green beans; very yummy. Dinner tonight was chicken soup I already had made and ready as it was suppose to be my dinner yesterday but I got off track. Snack was a banana muffin with nut butter :) All great choices today :)

Snack was a banana muffin with nut butter :) All great choices today :) So far the food has been really good and I find I am feeling full throughout the day. The only negative I have is the bedtime drink: the golden milk. I tried it again last night by diluting it with more coconut milk and water as I found it way to strong/spicy the first night. I just can't stomach it. I am forcing it down and feel nauseous when drinking it and for awhile afterwards. Not sure I can go another cup tonight :(
