I did great the beginning of the week. I planned and cooked my meals starting Monday and lasted until Thursday. The weekend I went off the deep-end again and I am paying for it. Spent my weekend indulging in chocolate, cookies, chips, Chinese food, and Starbucks. Not good. Had Chinese food yesterday (Sunday) for lunch and could barely climb stairs last night my knees hurt so bad. I know my knees are bad when I eat badly but sometimes it still doesn't stop me :(
Need to get back at it but I understand it is really difficult to eat well in an environment where junk food and unhealthy foods are everywhere :(
