Lunch was a quick Caprese salad because I had nothing planned and a grilled cheese sandwich a little later.
Excellent day today :) I have noticed that lately I am eating more junk foods than I should be and I know this is leading to more cravings for these types of bad foods. I need to start having things I like on hand here instead, so today I made a batch of chocolate. Yummy. Made it with whole almonds and toasted coconut. This will be my chocolate fix; and great timing for Halloween :) Breakfast today was whole grain toast with butter and a homemade Pumpkin Spice Latte. Lunch was a quick Caprese salad because I had nothing planned and a grilled cheese sandwich a little later. Dinner tonight was Soft Shell Chicken Tacos. These were excellent. I made the taco seasoning as well. Tonight I plan to have popcorn with butter and salt and a little homemade chocolate for evening snack :) and perhaps a glass of wine, we shall see. Looking forward to it :)
