I decided to start with eggs as I love eggs, I don't think they are problematic for me, and they will make breakfast meals easier for me.
The way it works is I eat eggs today and note how I feel over the next 48 hours. If all is good I try eggs again and wait another 48 hours. If all is still good eggs are back on my food list :) If not good I keep them eliminated for now (can try at another point as it may change) and move onto another food to try.
Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs! I kept it simple, boiled eggs with salt.
Lunch: Leftover Turkey Taco Burrito Bowl with Rice from the freezer :)
Supper: Change of plans. I had planned to cook and even went to the grocery store to a get few things I needed, then I left 2 of those needed items at my Mom's, doh. I didn't realize until I was getting ready to cook and didn't want to run out again. Hubby will fend for himself and I just had a can of vegetable soup. Quick and easy, and still follows my guidelines. Not a fantastic supper, but they can't all be right? Sometimes you take the quick and easy :)
