Breakfast this morning was whole grain toast with almond butter and a cup of tea.
Snack was another cup of tea :)
Lunch was half a bowl of leftover pasta with sausage and sauce from the other night. Only had half the bowl because it was getting late and close to dinnertime :)
Dinner tonight was grilled pork chops marinated in olive oil, balsamic vinegar and Smoky Tea-Aki from Steeped Tea. We had them with mashed local potatoes and local brussel sprouts. We have had sprouts a lot these last few weeks but they are available for only a short time from local farms so we are taking advantage :) Just steamed them and tossed them in a little butter, salt & pepper. Also had butter, garlic salt & pepper in the potatoes and then drizzled the potatoes with mushroom & sage olive oil from O'Leva.
