Had another great day and starting week two. All real food options for meals and snacks today. Dinner tonight was fresh trout caught by my Dad. Fried it up in butter with a little salt; delicious. Also fried up some leftover roasted veggies (sweet potato, carrot, turnip, beet) in a little garlic olive oil. Added a little leftover diced bacon (pork belly soaked overnight in salt water) to the veggies. Of course, everything was drizzled with lemon olive oil before eating :) Delicious.
