Dinner was good though. Had grilled pork chop and baked potato with butter. salt and chives. It was pretty good and all real food.
Still not fully back on track with real food. I have fallen back into the idea of quick and easy over planning and cooking. Had Tim Horton's today for lunch; cheese bagel and Iced cap. Not even close to real food :( Even though I know the food choices are not great and I am so not feeling great I continue to do it. Not sure why. I definitely have major food issues.
