I am still struggling to stick to any healthy plans lately. I am having major cravings and no motivation or will power. I have one or two good days and then start eating unhealthy choices again. No idea why I'm having so much trouble now. I know I feel better when I follow a plan and eat better, but can't seem to stay on track. Did have some healthy meals throughout the week but also ate some dairy and gluten items along with some junk food, sigh.
Think I will take a break from following a plan, writing everything down, and worrying about what I'm eating for a couple of days. Hopefully I can reset and start again fresh on Monday :)
