Dinner tonight was a simple chicken stir-fry with chicken breast, frozen veggies (broccoli, carrot, and cauliflower), sea salt & savory, and 2 olive oils (garlic and butter flavored). I topped it all with extra lemon olive oil after cooking. It was great. So nice to have a healthy, easy meal with some different veggies :)
Had a good day. Started following the guidelines for the AIP plan I mentioned earlier. So far so good :) I am actually very excited to get to have more veggies and now fruit, Yay! So nice to have a healthy, easy meal with some different veggies :) Not feeling great today; tired and achy, but haven't been feeling too good for the last month since falling off the wagon. It will take a little time of getting back to a good routine and I will start feeling better again :) Already looking forward to a green smoothie tomorrow morning :)
