I am really having a hard time these last few months getting into any sort of healthy routine. I am not giving up but am trying to take it one day at a time. Keep it simple and see if I can have one good day, then, if tomorrow can be just as good or better. I have been doing good with meals so far but still having unhealthy snacks in the evening. I am really on a sugar craze lately and it's really messing with my cravings and willpower.
