I did notice I was feeling pretty tired last night (after day 2), and somewhat hungry even after a large filling dinner. I am thinking it is my body's reaction to the sudden lack of sugar. I never thought I ate a lot of sugar but when you look at how much sugar is added to a lot of foods I would normally eat then it can really add up. Hubby says he is feeling fine so far. I thought he would have a major sugar slump since he normally drinks between 3-5 cups of tea at work, each cup having about 3 tsp or more of sugar. I normally have 1 cup of coffee in the morning (a recent habit as I rarely drank coffee) with maybe 1 tsp of sugar, but I did have a chocolate addiction and pretty much had some chocolate most days.
I found this article regarding a lady who gave up sugar and how it affected her life:

Fingers crossed I start feeling better and am hoping most of my complaints and ailments can be linked back to what I was eating.
