Breakfast this morning was simply local strawberries with fresh local cream.
Lunch was leftover local Grilled Pork with BBQ Sauce and grilled corn from last night's dinner. The chop was still excellent :)
Snack today was a Larabar and some rye crackers with hummus.
Dinner tonight was Wraps and Caprese Salad. The salad was simply tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. The wraps were made using frozen homemade tortillas, and the stuffing was leftover Stuffed Pepper mix from the freezer. I added lettuce, tomato and avocado. They were excellent, and no cooking :)
