Breakfast this morning was cereal with banana (would have been more banana but half of it was too dark to use) and a smoothie (spinach, banana, cherries, dates, coconut water). The smoothie may look gross; well no may about it, it did look pretty gross but it tasted good :)
Looking at the Canada food guide I have come to realize that we don't eat nearly enough fruit and vegetables. I am trying to address this and am eating much more the last few days. The smoothie may look gross; well no may about it, it did look pretty gross but it tasted good :) Lunch was leftover veggie stir-fry and grilled sweet potatoes leftover from last night's supper. Dinner tonight was quick and easy; Stir-fry with chickpeas and rice (also added in some quinoa). I used two bags of mixed frozen veggies; again love the quick & easy :)
