I have been completely gluten-free for the past seven days :) There have been some great meals throughout the week, and several restaurant meals as well. I admit it does take time and planning to cook and eat gluten-free but it is doable. I recently found a gluten-free pasta that we liked. We had Cauliflower Crust Pizza again and it's pretty good. We also had some meals of meat/fish and veggies and a feed of nachos.
