On a brighter note, I had a good day real food wise.
Breakfast this morning was a decaf coffee with milk, a baked egg muffin (made yesterday) and a Maple Nut Muffin (made the other day). The maple muffins are pretty good but the egg muffins are only ok, don't think they were worth the mess they left in my muffin tin :(
Snack today was apple slices with the kids in Preschool.
Lunch today was leftover chicken and pasta in garlic cream sauce (from the freezer). It wasn't a great recipe, found it too bland so won't be making it again but dislike throwing out food, so ate the last of the leftovers today :) For dessert I had a Chocolate Walnut Cookie, yum yum yum. Made these yesterday and love them. Did store them in the freezer but don't like my cookies so hard :) and when I want a cookie I want it now. Now they are in the fridge and are just fine.
Dinner tonight was Cod Au Gratin with Dressing. A great recipe we have made several times before. Also had a salad to start. Really liking the new flavored oils and vinegars we bought last week at O'leva. This time had a mix of orange olive oil and pomegranate vinegar.
