It's a very interesting read.
I find it interesting that many people feel they need to tell me that a lot of what I am eating is not healthy. They tell me that nuts, peanut butter, eggs, granola, meat, butter, oil, and whole dairy are all really bad for me. Some people tell me not to eat bread, potatoes, and fruit. Well we have been following the real food challenge for over 50 days now and myself and Hubby have lost more than 8 pounds each. Now I'm saying go out and load up on full fat milk and cheese and eat meat with every meal. Everything in moderation is still the key, but we have eliminated a lot of sugar from our diet over these past 50+ days. The only sugar we eat now is from honey, maple syrup, or fruit. No foods with any added sugar and no white sugar or other refined sugars; and it's making a difference.

Processed foods are full of processed sugars and sodium , THATS what isn't healthy !
