Made a big pot of Beef Soup tonight. Made the beef broth over the weekend from local beef bones which is fantastic. Added some beef, onion, carrot, turnip, potato, and green beans. Delicious, and have lots of leftovers for freezing.
My name is Michelle and I am tired of struggling with my weight. I am stopping the struggle. This blog began several years ago as a healthy lifestyle change (really, diets in disguise if I'm being totally honest). Now it is evolving into a non-diet blog and that makes me extremely happy.
