Breakfast was the usual granola and milk, along with a decaf coffee.
Lunch today a left over Stuffed Pepper from last night, still delicious. Had it with avocado, yummy.
Snack today was another chocolate muffin with jam, chocolate, coconut, strawberries and cream. Made the chocolate muffins for dessert over the weekend and had to make a dozen :) so a few left over to enjoy through the week. Also had a couple of the cheesy crackers I made yesterday :)
