Breakfast this morning was the last of my granola with milk. I will have to make another batch soon. I also had a chai tea with milk instead of my decaf coffee. Changed it up a little this morning :)
Snack today was a Larabar while out running errands and getting groceries.
Lunch was a bison burger topped with melted cheddar cheese, tomato and spinach. I didn't have the bun with it.
Dinner tonight was homemade nachos and they were delicious. I made the corn chips and then topped them with ground chicken (cooked in homemade taco seasoning and jalapeno), black beans, green pepper, tomato, green onion and cheddar cheese. I served mine with creme fraiche, salsa, and avocado. They were really yummy. Now I am awaiting friends to come for a drink. I am having a raspberry beer, odd but ok. It's like a cooler with a slight beer taste. I also have real food snacks for later. I have veggies, rye crackers and hummus; and I also have a variety of cheeses.
