1 1/2 cup rolled oats
1 1/2 cup unsweetened cashew milk (or non-dairy milk of choice)
1/4 cup almond butter (or other nut butter)
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 cup water
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Divide into 3 (1-cup) mason jars. Cover and refrigerate overnight. These will last up to 4 days in the fridge. Top with fruit, nuts, or other toppings when serving. I usually top with almonds and berries.
