I have been using this recipe for years and really enjoy it :)
Serves 4
Ingredients:
1/2 cup pure orange juice, unsweetened
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp lemon juice
1 apple, cored and chopped
1 cup seedless grapes, halved
1 seedless orange, sectioned and chopped
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Directions:
In a medium bowl, stir together orange juice, honey and lemon juice (I use a fork and beat it a little to better mix in the honey).
Add apples and toss to coat all pieces (to ensure they are all coated with lemon to stop them from turning brown). Add grapes, oranges and walnuts. Toss all together. Refrigerate.
