Went to a local farmer's market today and bought lots of fresh veggies. Made a lovely stir-fry using red onion, carrot, zucchini, mushrooms, broccoli, and snow peas. Served it with a brown and wild rice blend. Used veggie broth for cooking so oil-free too. Mixed in a little Umami Sauce, recipe from "How Not to Die Cookbook" and had an ear of fresh corn as well. Sprinkled on some pumpkin seeds (after I took the pic). Very yummy!
