Breakfast this morning was Granola with whole milk (still out of bananas) and a tea with whole milk and maple syrup.
Morning snack was a slice of whole grain bread with almond butter and Strawberry Jam.
Lunch was leftover Fish Cakes from last night's dinner. Yummy :) I also had a Snowball, mmmm mmmm.
I forgot to mention I did do my yoga workout yesterday and I did it again today as well. Still doing the one for complete beginners. Think I'll do it again tomorrow, that will be a week's worth and then I'll start another new video :)
Dinner tonight was Chicken Fried Rice. This is a recipe I have been making for years and it is quick and easy. I find people often question just having this for dinner. I am often asked what I have with it. My response: nothing. I don't have anything with it. It is a complete meal. It has chicken and eggs for protein. It has green peas and onions for veggies, and it has brown rice for carbs.
