Breakfast today was granola, banana and milk. No coffee this morning because I had a morning meeting and I am not much of a morning person. I like to enjoy my morning coffee and drink it slowly so if I have to up and leave in the morning I rarely take the time to make a coffee, let alone drink one.
Lunch was chili from the freezer. Still great but getting low on freezer meals. Will need to start making extras and freezing them soon.
Snack was fruit salad and a decaf coffee since I missed my coffee this morning. I have also been munching on homemade chocolate throughout the day. It is pretty darn good even if it doesn't look the greatest. If you like the taste of chocolate and coconut together than this chocolate may be for you :) I am glad I only made half the recipe to try it out. I am finding myself going to the fridge often to pop a square in my mouth. Oh chocolate how I have missed thee :)
Sorry about the picture, that is one of the leftover containers without cheese yet. I ate my dinner before I realized I never took a picture first. I must be slipping :)
Today I made my whole wheat bread again. I love the smell of bread baking in the house but I do miss simply buying bread from the grocery store. We now have bread again for the week :)
