Breakfast today was whole wheat toast with almond butter and coffee. I have to admit I don't really enjoy toast with just butter although I did like toast with margarine. I'm not sure if it's the fact that I buy the unsalted butter instead of salted. I find the toast with butter a little soggy and bland.
Snack today was half a banana with the kids in preschool.
Lunch was the last of the leftover mac and cheese, thank goodness, it is finally all gone. It wasn't totally hateful, since I did manage to eat it for dinner one night and for lunch twice, but I won't be making that recipe again. I really hate throwing food away, especially when a lot of good and/or expensive ingredients went into making it.
