Another good day. Breakfast this morning was whole wheat toast with peanut butter and homemade strawberry jam, along with orange juice. No coffee this morning due to a morning appointment :) pretty much just get up and go kind of morning.
Lunch was leftover beef & broccoli with quinoa, and it was great leftover as well. Definitely a recipe I will be making again.
Snack today was a banana, half a Larabar and a coffee (since I missed my morning one). Oh and I also had a handful of plain almonds, dry-roasted.
