Breakfast this morning was eggs, bacon and hash browns; all cooked by Hubby and ready when I got up. It was excellent. Also had my morning decaf coffee :) Lunch was a bowl of granola, banana and milk once we got home from running errands. For dinner we had friends in. I admit I really like entertaining. I love having friends in for dinner and cooking lots of great food for them :) It was a lot of work and planning and it took a lot of prep time but everything turned out great.We had bruschetta to start. I improvised a little by looking at 2 bruschetta recipes and using a bit from both :)For the main we had the Prosciutto Wrapped Halibut and Vegetables (a recipe we have had before and really liked) along with roasted asparagus. For dessert I made my usual chocolate muffins with various toppings: strawberry jam, toasted coconut, homemade chocolate, and whipped cream. It all worked really well :)
