Breakfast this morning was a fried egg, fried potatoes and bacon. Also had a small glass of milk and a decaf coffee earlier with milk.
Lunch today was a slice of whole grain bread with oil and vinegar and a little later a small slice of leftover, store-bought pizza. Hubby brought it home from work on Friday from work pizza day; he is not as 100% into real food as I am during the week.
Dinner tonight was another BBQ. Had my parents up as well. Had a partly whole wheat baguette with oil and vinegar for an appetizer. Then had a tossed salad with orange and toasted walnuts, oil and vinegar. Had grilled chicken with homemade BBQ Sauce and cheese (guys had chicken sandwiches but too much food for myself and Mom). Also had grilled corn with oil, salt & pepper and leftover homemade Coleslaw from yesterday. Really nice meal. Had some Chocolate Mud Cake for dessert. I also had a couple of new Breezer drinks which do not follow the real food rules at all but they were made with coconut water so I gave them a try. They are ok, not too sweet at all but very little flavor.
