As I posted earlier I need structure. I followed the 100 days of real food challenge and it was great. I felt so much better health-wise and I lost weight every single week. It was time-consuming and it takes a lot of planning and prepping. Since finishing the challenge we have not fully gotten back to real food eating. With vacations and finally some summer weather now there always seems to be an excuse to eat unhealthy. I need to put a stop to it because as I know about myself I have trouble with the term moderation. So, starting tomorrow we are back on real food. The weekly meal plan is done, groceries are bought and even trying some new recipes tonight. I have decided to help me with the whole idea of moderation and being able to go out to a restaurant or go to friend's houses for dinner I will give myself 2 "cheat" meals a week. These 2 meals (including snacks) don't have to follow the real food rules. I will try this and see how it works for me.
