Breakfast this morning was a slice of whole grain bread with almond butter and a decaf coffee (with milk). Lunch today was not the greatest choice but it could have been worse. It is very difficult to eat in restaurants (especially a lighter meal like lunch) and keep it real food worthy. I was out shopping today and my 5-year-old nephew wanted McDonald's for lunch. We went to Montana's instead. I ordered the lunch trio; soup, salad and sandwich. The soup was way too salty so I didn't eat it and I didn't eat all the sandwich either because it was on white bread. Dinner tonight was a new recipe. I tried Chicken Stuffed Peppers with Spinach & Sun Dried Tomatoes. They were pretty good. Not as good as the other Stuffed Peppers I do but they are completely different types of recipes. When they were cooked they looked a little dry to me so I topped them with a little shredded cheddar. I also baked the peppers with some olive oil for about 20 minutes on 400 F before I stuffed them and baked them (same as the other stuffed pepper recipe).They were good.
