I am still trying. Have some good days and then some bad but not giving up. Need to get back on track. Tend to do better during the week, although still not great; and then lose all control over the weekends.
Planning and cooking need to be a top priority again. I did make a big pot of Chicken Soup last night and Hubby cooked tuna steaks and green beans for dinner tonight :) Good and satisfying food but all I want is to eat in restaurants, and indulge in chips and chocolate. Need to stay away from all that and after a few days it will get easier again. I've done it before so I can do it again :)
