First I made a Vegan Banana Bread, but I used gluten-free flour. This turned out great. I had to bake it for an extra 5 minutes over the max baking time and it was still very moist. I added some dark chocolate chips and walnuts as well :) Very tasty and will definitely be making again.

For dinner tonight I made Garbanzo Stir-Fry and was actually surprised at how much I liked it. It was excellent. I will be making this again soon as well. I made basmati rice to have with it. Yummy :)
